Even in moments that I was not reaching out to her she checked in on me to see if she could help with anything to make my life easier! She was very organized and was on top of contacting all my vendors to make sure everything was lined up perfectly! "Kelsey was an absolute dream as our wedding planner! From the beginning, she was an incredible communicator, staying on top of every email and text. Her pre-wedding meetings kept us calm and reassured, always making us feel like we were on track. When we felt overwhelmed by all the details, Kelsey was there, organizing everything like a true wedding planning counselor. It was so clear how much she genuinely cares about each couple she works with. By the time the wedding weekend arrived, Kelsey stepped in with full confidence. "I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey and Kenisha with Kalos Coordinating, LLC for my June 29th wedding at the Grandover Spa & Resort. These ladies did a phenomenal job from the time of inception through the time of execution. They took the time to meet with me several times prior to the wedding to assist me with my vision and even made several suggestions when I felt stuck. Kelsey and Kenisha were present (and patient) during the rehearsal and answered any questions I had. Most importantly, they delivered and brought my vision to life the day of the wedding. They worked great together and kept everyone (meaning me) calm and relaxed despite all my anxiety. They were just spot on and so accommodating, and I am really grateful to have worked with them on such an epic day. Oh, and I really appreciate how they packed and returned all my wedding decor in the manner presented to them. The vendors and my wedding party sang their praises as well. I would definitely recommend using them in the future from a small and intimate setting to grand scale."

"Kelsie made our wedding day run so smoothly! She came and helped set up the day before and did many things that most coordinators do not do. She went above and beyond and made everything beautiful! A few things that went wrong, like the air conditioning going out for a bit at our venue, I did not even know until after the wedding because Kelsie got it fixed without saying a word and made sure to make the day as relaxing for my mom and I as possible. Very thankful for her care and attention to detail! She is a calm and warm personality while juggling many tasks! You may ever spot her in the dance floor during some down time :) so fun! You won’t regret hiring her!"
"I cannot recommend Kalos Coordinating enough! Kelsey helped with making my day exceptional and as stress free as one can be on their wedding day! She was attentive and paid amazing attention to detail. With a bridal party of 26 (13 bridesmaids and 13 groomsmen) one might expect there to be at least one hiccup, but no. She made sure everything went smoothly and really helped bring my vision to life. She listened to what I envisioned for timing and the overall feeling of the wedding ceremony I was aiming for. She spoke and directed with authority but also kindness, which was essential in guiding a wedding party of such magnitude. She went out of her way to make a plate of food for my husband and I after the ceremony - it’s that kind of consideration that we appreciated from Kalos Coordinating. She’s also the sweetest person and will absolutely go out of her way to make you feel like your wedding is in the best of hands. BOOK HER!!"

"I went through about three or four other wedding planners/organizers/etc. before stumbling across Kalos. Kelsey was kind, welcoming, professional, and so encouraging on any planning calls. She helped fix last-minute changes and brought the event together!
